Any claims for misprinted, damaged, defective or lost in transit items will be replaced or refunded at our expense. If any of these conditions apply to you, please submit your claim within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
Excluding the conditions previously mentioned, all sales are considered final and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
